Service Description

Please book a consultation call first to see if we're a right fit for each other. I fully believe that living your best life starts first with your mindset. If you wake up every day dishearten, burnt out, uninspired, feel like the world is against you and you want assistance to change that outlook on life and to love the life you have, I want to help you. Coaching is a partnership. You are the driver and I'm the navigation system. The where you want to be I will help you get there and help you identify what systems work best for you. I will hold space for you to be your truely unappologetic self. What to expect: -Weekly 60minute coaching calls -access to me between coaching calls -personalized coaching plan -safe space to explore shadow work -help you identify limiting beliefs -get you attuned and aware of your thoughts and how you talk to yourself -set you up with the tools to help you continue the work without me The more effort and work you put towards coaching the more you get out of it. You determine what kind of results you get. Additionally: Your coaching calls will all be recorded and a link will be sent to you after each call for you to save for your own records. Why I do this: is if you want to review something we discussed on the call you can go back and review it and a way for you to visually see your growth over time. I will also include an outline in that email with the key points we talked about. I'm a very detailed oriented person, so everything we explore for your growth will be documented and no chance of repeating something that hasn't served you. Nothing is more annoying than having to repeat yourself to someone, especially someone you are paying. If you want to explore more spiritual nature of coaching, that is something we focus on along with your mindset.
