By using Antojai Shamanic healing I shift the energy presenting as certain challenges on the mind, body, or life direction. Instead of general energy work, these sessions are targeted and intentional; working directly with the root of what you are experiencing. You can choose to focus on one of the following I specialize in, but not limited to: 1. Stress and Anxiety Relief - Release the feeling of being overwhelmed, calm your nervous system, and create space for a clearer thinking and decision-making. 2. Energy Blocks and Life Transitions - Clear stagnant or heavy energy that may be keeping you stuck; especially during periods of change, uncertainty, or personal growth. 3. Chronic pain or hormonal support - Support your body energetically if you're dealing with on going pain including conditions like endometriosis, PCOS, nerve pain, or hormonal imbalance. Theses sessions are for those that feel like modern treatments are missing an element to help get them over the crossing line to where they want to be. For those that are ready to take accountability of their reality and progress. Who are ready to dive into the conscious and unconscious triggers. Each session is guided intuitively and may include: energy clearing and rebalancing, shamanic techniques and intuitive guidance, identification of energic or emotional blocks, grounding and integration support. You don't need to prepare anything, just come with openness and general focus. Show up to your appointment in a quiet space where you won't be interrupted and feel comfortable being in.
